Review: A Night Like This is book two in the Smythe-Smith Quartet series by Julia Quinn, and it's clearly my favorite so far (you can read my review of book one, Just Like Heaven). I was hooked from the first pages, from the instant Daniel has the first glimpse of Anne (even if it's a bit of an instant love moment), and I found their story very, very sweet.

When I read book one I was afraid this series wouldn't be as good as The Bridgertons, but now I'm pretty sure I need to read the next two books in the series very soon.

Much like The Bridegertons, each book contains a stand alone story, but since they are all interconnected and on a sequential timeline, I believe it's better to read the series in order.

Happy readings,
