Review: Think Outside the Boss

Book Review: Think Outside the Boss, by Olivia Hayle, 4 stars

Attending a secret party where clothes are optional wasn’t a life goal of mine. But when the exclusive invitation ends up in my mailbox by accident… well. Who wouldn't be curious? It's not like I'm going to do anything. The handsome stranger I meet has different plans. One glance across the crowded party, and an hour later we're stretched out on silk. Our night together is glorious. No names and no regrets. But I’d forgotten there’s always a price to pay for pleasure. I find out the cost when I start my internship. Because who is the new venture capitalist CEO? Tristan Conway, aka my handsome stranger. Powerful, determined, intriguing... and single. Oh, and he wants to see me in his office.

Genre: contemporary romance

Publication date: June 2021

Mature content: yes

Review: After reading book three in this New York Billionaires series (Say Yes to the Boss) and enjoying it very much, I decided to go back and start at the beginning with book one.

My opinion of Think Outside the Boss is very much in line with the one I already had from book three. I didn't care very much about how Tristan and Freddie meet in the first place (no my genre), but other than that I found the story compelling and the characters interesting.

Yes, there are a few explicit sex scenes, but if you overlook those, Say Yes to the Boss will keep you glued to the pages until the very last one and will leave a smile on your face. Recommended!

Stay tuned for my review of book two, coming soon.

Happy readings!
