What’s the worst present you can get for your 45th birthday? An online dating profile you didn’t want. And Mack was all set to delete it, until a message from Hayden lands in his inbox.
Hayden decided the best way to celebrate ending a long, loveless marriage was to have a one-night stand. Pity she didn’t count on a sexy, fire chief foiling her plans.
Neither of them wanted a relationship, such a shame fate didn’t get the memo.

Review: One Click Love is a fun, engaging romance story. And while it's book two in the Hot in the City series, it can be perfectly read as a stand alone. I loved the originality of the plot, with two older main characters looking for a second chance.

I found the first part better than the second, however, mostly because it's funnier and not as serious, and I could have done without the suspense that is thrown in almost at the end of the story - that was mostly unexpected and I didn't feel it truly matched the rest of the book.

I also would have preferred the sex scenes toned down a bit, and less repetitive too - the exact same phrases are repeated in some of the scenes, which is a bit weird.

Other than that, it's a nice romance novel and a fun book to cheer up your summer.

Happy readings!
