He knows there is only one way to save her when she is imprisoned by the Empress: to ally with the kingdom he nearly destroyed.

Zarrah, held captive on the dreaded Devil's Island, faces two choices: regain the favour of the Empress who condemned her or die a traitor by her royal command.

But dare Zarrah seek a third path: a rebellion to overthrow tyranny entwined with a destiny she must fight to claim.

Facing impossible odds, Keris and Zarrah must somehow find their way back to each other, before it's too late...

Review: The Endless Wair is book 4 in The Bridge Kingdom series and in terms of timeline closely follows book 3 (The Inadequate Heir) and contains the rest of Keris and Zarrah's story (although you also get to re-meet almost all the characters from the first two books in the series and it's really nice to reconnect with Aren and Lara in particular.

Throughout all the book I was rooting for a happy ending for Zarrah and Keris, although they really do have to overcome a serious number of obstacles. Once or twice I even disliked Zarrah's reactions because she was not making thing easier for them, but The Endless War is still a great book, with non-stop action from beginning to end and lots of unexpected twists and turns.

Even though The Endless War is a page turned by itself, it's definitely not a book to be read as a stand alone. You need to read all the previous books in order to get the context of the plot and the characters, so it's better to just start with book 1 and go from there (if you love the genre, you won't regret it).

Happy readings!
