A little over three years have passed since Neil Armstrong's death and I, forever curious, decided to read this book which, more than a biography of Neil Armstrong, tells the story of how mankind conquered space, from the first orbiting satellites to the International Space Station. All seen through the eyes of the man that will always be remembered as the first human setting foot on another planet.
I'm halfway through and I'm loving it so far. It's well written, in a simple, flowing way, with lots of interesting pictures. I'll post a full review when I finish, but so far I totally recommend it!
Happy readings!
